In Which The New Semester Begins

As of this second, I’m more than halfway through with grad school. So far the classes I’ve got look pretty good: second semester of Structures but less math this time, an elective on “art, architecture, and the built environment” which is about how artists and architecture can engage each other, the topical studio I got into wasn’t my first choice but was my second and it looks pretty decent anyway, and then finally a research methods class which actually doesn’t look promising or exciting at all. But we’ll see.

Other than that not much is going on. Finished The Road by Cormac McCarthy, and it’s a really unique book and an affecting read. Got over my cold finally. Got the new tattoo last week. Things are looking good, all in all.
